About your guide
Hi, I'm Nnemoma!
I'm a life coach and breathwork guide and the founder of Essence of Freedom™. I'm a firstborn daughter of Nigerian immigrants who played by the rules for over 30 years, and left corporate America in 2024 to carve my own path.
Now I lead African centered breathwork experiences for companies, retreats, and communities, and coach medicine women, healers, and spiritual entrepreneurs to stand fully in their power and monetize their divine gifts.
